Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) is a rare autoimmune disorder in which the immune system attacks the protective covering of the peripheral nerves. This can lead to progressive muscle weakness, numbness, tingling, balance problems, and difficulty performing everyday activities.

This clinical trial is evaluating two immunoglobulin therapies used to manage CIDP. Researchers are studying whether a weekly subcutaneous treatment (XEMBIFY®) can provide similar disease control and safety compared with the standard intravenous immunoglobulin (Gamunex-C®) treatment while offering an alternative method of administration.

The study is a Phase 3, multicenter clinical trial enrolling adults with stable CIDP who are currently receiving immunoglobulin therapy. Participants will receive study-related treatment, neurological evaluations, laboratory testing, and regular safety monitoring throughout the study.

Researchers will assess muscle strength, nerve function, relapse rates, treatment safety, and overall disease management during scheduled study visits.
