Generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) is a rare autoimmune disease that causes the body’s immune system to interfere with communication between nerves and muscles. This can result in muscle weakness that affects the eyes, face, arms, legs, swallowing, speaking, and breathing. Symptoms often worsen with activity and improve with rest, but they can significantly impact daily life.

This clinical trial is evaluating an investigational medication called Claseprubart (DNTH103), designed to reduce harmful immune activity that contributes to Myasthenia Gravis. Researchers hope this treatment may help improve muscle strength, reduce symptoms, and enhance quality of life while maintaining a favorable safety profile.

The study is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial enrolling adults diagnosed with generalized Myasthenia Gravis. Participants will receive either the investigational medication or placebo and will be closely monitored throughout the study.

Researchers will evaluate improvements in muscle strength, daily functioning, fatigue, and overall disease control through regular clinic visits, physical examinations, laboratory testing, and safety assessments.
