Lupus Nephritis is a serious complication of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) in which the immune system attacks the kidneys. This inflammation can reduce kidney function and, over time, may lead to permanent kidney damage if left untreated.

This clinical trial is evaluating FT819, an investigational CAR T-cell therapy designed to target abnormal immune cells involved in Lupus Nephritis. Researchers hope this treatment may help reduce kidney inflammation, improve disease control, and provide longer-lasting remission for people with difficult-to-treat disease.

The study is a Phase 2, open-label clinical trial enrolling adults with moderate to severe Lupus Nephritis who have not responded adequately to standard therapies. Participants will receive comprehensive medical evaluations, study treatment, laboratory testing, and close safety monitoring throughout the study.

Researchers will assess kidney function, lupus disease activity, treatment response, and overall safety during scheduled study visits.
