Vaginal yeast infections are a common condition caused by an overgrowth of naturally occurring yeast in the vagina. Many women experience symptoms such as itching, burning, irritation, redness, swelling, and abnormal vaginal discharge. While most infections respond to treatment, some women continue to experience recurrent or persistent infections that can significantly affect their quality of life.

This clinical trial is evaluating an investigational boric acid vaginal suppository as a potential treatment for women with vaginal yeast infections. Researchers hope this treatment may safely relieve symptoms, eliminate the infection, and reduce the risk of recurrence.

The study is enrolling eligible adult women diagnosed with a vaginal yeast infection. Participants will receive study-related evaluations, examinations, laboratory testing, and treatment at no cost while being closely monitored throughout the study.

Researchers will assess symptom improvement, clinical cure, laboratory-confirmed clearance of the infection, treatment safety, and overall patient satisfaction during scheduled study visits.
